The lovely gazebo with the table where the family can gather and have their meal is situated in such a way that there is always a pleasant breeze. Right next to it there is the house's swimming pool, with sunbeds and a wooden deck.?? The pool is right next to the stone-built house by the central entrance. The central door leads into a large living room with a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.. There are another two bedrooms in the villa, each with a double bed and air conditioning system. The first balcony door leads to the central courtyard, while the second leads to a Juliet balcony. The family bathroom with shower is located right next to the living room.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Stripe

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm.

Quiet Time Policy
